I love to break out my smoker on a long weekend. Today is the Sunday before labor day and i’m going to tackle some pork spare ribs. Spare ribs usually run a bit cheaper that the classic baby backs and contain much more meat for your money.

I am a huge fan of a Grilled Boneless Pork Chop. Pork is a very forgiving meat, in cooking and on your wallet alike. Supporting a family of four on a small budget can get tricky ,so pig is always on my table. I’m going to be sharing my no marinade, grilled pork chop recipe. “Why no marinade?”, you ask. Well, who has the time? If you do have the time to brine or marinade your pork, you can but, like i said before, pork is very forgiving. If you stick to a thick cut you will have no problems sans marinade.
